I support women navigating the thresholds of their lives, including pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, caregiving, midlife, and the seasons where identity, emotions, and relationships shift in profound ways.
So many women come to me feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or unsure of who they’re becoming. Their nervous systems are overloaded. Old patterns or wounds resurface. They are carrying emotional loads that no one sees.
My work is about helping you stay connected to yourself through these transitions. Together, we focus on finding steadiness, clarity, and your own voice again.
Through EFT, grounding practices, and gentle coaching, we create space for relief, insight, and a deeper sense of coming home to yourself.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a gentle, evidence-based practice that helps calm the nervous system and ease emotional stress.
By tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on a thought or feeling, the body shifts out of overwhelm and into balance.

About me
I am a certified EFT practitioner with a background rooted in caregiving, education, and supporting people through change. Every chapter of my life has taught me about resilience, empathy, and how deeply people long to feel understood.
I discovered EFT during a difficult season of my life, including health challenges and the end of my marriage. The practice helped me process emotions, find strength, and begin again. That experience became the reason I now support women through their own transitions.
My work is grounded, calm, and deeply human. I listen closely, hold space without judgment, and help people reconnect with who they are becoming.
